Surgical treatment of intestinal Crohn's disease:a review
摘要
Abstract
Crohn's disease(CD)is a chronic intestinal disorder characterized by recurrent inflammation and fibrosis.Its incidence has been rising steadily in recent years.While traditional management primarily relies on drug therapy,surgery plays a crucial role in managing complications and cases refractory to drug treatment.The extent of mesenteric resection and the choice of anastomotic technique remain key research foci,with the Kono-S anastomosis still being a subject of debate.Recent clinical practice has demonstrated that enhanced recovery after surgery protocols and multidisciplinary team management can significantly improve patient outcomes.This article summarized the latest clinical evidence regarding the timing of surgery,surgical tech-niques,and perioperative management in CD,aiming to provide an updated basis for standardizing the surgi-cal treatment of this condition.关键词
