聚硫辛酸/改性木质素复合水凝胶的制备及其性能研究

Abstract
A polylipoic acid/LEV(P-LA/xLEV)composite hydrogel material with physical-chemical double cross-linked network was prepared by in-situ ring-opening polymerization of lipoic acid(LA)with vitamin B1 modified lignin(LEV)particles and cyclic freeze-thaw.The effects of LEV particles on the mechanical properties,oxidation resistance and antibacterial properties of the composite hydrogel materials were systematically studied.The results indicated that LEV particles could graft onto the main chain of polylipoic acid through a polyphenol thiol radical nucleophilic addition reaction with the lipoic acid matrix,forming a chemically cross-linked network.Meanwhile,hydroxyl groups could form hydrogen bonds with the carboxyl groups of lipoic acid,resulting in physical cross-linking.With the increase of LEV adding amount,the tensile strength of the composite hydrogel increased from 17.5 kPa(P-LA)to 27.8 kPa(P-LA/1%LEV).Due to the excellent antibacterial and antioxidant effects of LEV particles,the prepared P-LA/xLEV composite hydrogel materials showed excellent antibacterial and antioxidant capabilities.Among them,when the amount of LEV particles added was only 1%,the antibacterial rates of P-LA/1%LEV material against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reached 95.7%and 98.0%,respectively,and the free radical scavenging activity(RSA value)after 12 h could reach 95.0%.Furthermore,the prepared composite hydrogel materials also had excellent adhesion ability,which could easily adhere to the surface of various substances.关键词
