围术期抗栓方案对超声引导凝血酶注射治疗医源性假性动脉瘤结局的影响
Impact of perioperative antithrombotic regimens on treatment outcomes of ultrasound-guided thrombin injection for iatrogenic pseudoaneurysms

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided thrombin injection(UGTI)in the treatment of iatrogenic pseudoaneurysms(PSA),and to explore the impact of different perioperative antithrombotic regimens on treatment outcomes of patients.Methods A total of 24 patients diagnosed with PSA and treated with UGTI at Beijing Jishuitan Hospital,Capital Medical University from April 2022 to August 2024 were retrospectively included as the research subjects.Baseline clinical data,ultrasound imaging features of PSA,perioperative antithrombotic regimens,procedure-related data and postoperative follow-up data were collected.The therapeutic effect of UGTI was analyzed,and a descriptive analysis was performed on treatment outcomes of patients receiving different antithrombotic regimens.Results For 24 patients,perioperative antithrombotic regimens included no antithrombotic therapy in 2 patients(8.3％),single antiplatelet therapy in 4 patients(16.7％),dual antiplatelet therapy in 7 patients(29.2％),antiplatelet combined with anticoagulant therapy in 9 patients(37.5％),and anticoagulant therapy alone in 2 patients(8.3％).The immediate technical success rate of UGTI was 100％in all 24 patients,and the overall treatment success rate was 100％at 3 months postoperatively.Only 1 patient(4.2％)developed aneurysm cavity recanalization at 14 d after surgery and reached the criterion for cure following repeated treatment with UGTI.No severe complications such as distal arterial embolism,allergic reaction,puncture site infection or massive bleeding occurred in any patient.Conclusion UGTI demonstrates excellent immediate efficacy,cure rate,and safety in the treatment of PSA.关键词
