镜像神经元疗法联合认知训练系统治疗脑卒中后命名性失语症的效果
Effect of mirror neuron therapy combined with cognitive training system on post-stroke anomic aphasia

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of mirror neuron therapy combined with cognitive training system on post-stroke anomic aphasia.Methods A total of 85 patients with post-stroke anomic aphasia admitted to the First People's Hospital of Nantong City from January 2022 to May 2025 were retrospectively collected.They were divided into the control group(n=42)and the study group(n=43)according to different treatment methods.The control group received cognitive training,while the study group received mirror neuron therapy combined with cognitive training.The efficacy,Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Standard Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE),Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment(LOTCA),Chinese functional communication profile(CFCP),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Barthel Index(BI),and stroke and aphasia quality of life scale-39g(SAQOL-39g)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The overall effective rate of the study group was 88.37％(38/43),which was higher than that of the control group at 69.05％(29/42,P<0.05).After treatment,the correct answer rates of auditory comprehension,oral reading,repetition,reading,and speaking in the CRRCAE of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the scores of visuomotor organization,motor apraxia,visual perception,and spatial perception of LOTCA,and the total score were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of SAQOL-39g and the total score were also higher in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of CFCP and BI in the study group after treatment were higher,while the NIHSS score was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mirror neuron therapy and cognitive training can enhance the therapeutic effect of post-stroke anomic aphasia,improve cognitive,language,auditory comprehension and communication abilities,and enhance neurological function,daily living ability and quality of life.关键词
