正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法联合依那西普治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy combined with Etanercept in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy combined with Etanercept in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods The clinical data of 96 AS patients admitted to Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2024 were retrospectively collected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(n=48)and the combination group(n=48).Both groups were given basic treatment.The control group was given Etanercept,while the combination group was given Zhengqing Fengtongning sequential therapy combined with Etanercept.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The therapeutic effects,improvement of conditions before and after treatment[visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain,Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Active Index(BASDAI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index(BASMI)],inflammatory indicators[erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],pain mediators[substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)],immune function(IgA,IgG,IgM)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the 77.08%(37/48)in the control group,the total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher at 93.75%(45/48)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,at 12 weeks after treatment,the BASFI,BASDAI,BASMI and VAS pain scores of the combination group all decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum CRP,TNF-α,SP,PGE2,5-HT,IgA,IgG,IgM levels and ESR of the combination group all decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy combined with Etanercept can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of AS,effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and functional status of patients,reduce inflammatory indicators and pain mediators levels,regulate immune function,and has good safety.关键词
