加减小续命汤联合针刺治疗对风痰瘀阻证卒中相关性肺炎患者疗效及免疫功能的影响
Effect of modified Xiaoxuming decoction combined with acupuncture on the efficacy and immune function of stroke-associated pneumonia patients with wind-phlegm-stasis pattern

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Xiaoxuming decoction combined with acupuncture on the efficacy and immune function of stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP)patients with wind-phlegm-stasis pattern.Methods A total of 120 SAP patients with wind-phlegm-stasis pattern admitted to Cangzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to February 2025 were selected.They were divided into the control group(n=60,treated with conventional Western medicine+acupuncture therapy)and the observation group(n=60,supplemented with modified Xiaoxuming decoction on the basis of the control group)according to random number table method.At 2 weeks after treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,inflammatory indicators[white blood cell count(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)],T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Comparison of the total response rate showed that the observation group has a significantly higher rate of 96.67%(58/60),compared with 86.67%(52/60)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores for primary and secondary symptoms,WBC,PCT,CRP,CD8+in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,while CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+increased compared with those before treatment;the decrease or increase in the observation group was greater(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Xiaoxuming decoction and acupuncture therapy can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response in SAP patients with wind-phlegm-stasis pattern,and enhance the immune function,thereby alleviating symptoms and achieving better clinical efficacy.关键词
