摘要
Abstract
To address the mismatch between the traditional management model of dispatch centers and complex mining conditions,and the application of intelligent technologies among the intelligent transformation of coal mines,and to enhance management efficiency and safety guarantee capabilities,this article combines the typical enterprise cases,combs the current situation and analyzes the problems from dimensions—infrastructure construction,quality standardization,informatization and emergency management,incorporates AI and digital twin technologies to construct optimization path.The results show that the current dispatch centers face issues such as vague infrastructure construction goals,insufficient innovation in quality standardization,"information silos,"and lack of closed-loop emergency management,through infrastructure construction,quality standardization,informatization and emergency management collaborative linkage,incorporating AI and digital twin technologies,block chain,which can realize significant improvement in management efficiency and security capabilities,effectively addressing the pain points in the industries.关键词
