Empowerment and development:a study on the transformation of grassland animal husbandry based on ecosystem product value realization

Abstract
Grassland,serving as a fundamental resource for the development of pastoral industries in China and a critical barrier for ecological security,has long faced the dual challenge of balancing economic growth with ecological conservation.With the deepening implementation of the concept that"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets"and the continuous advancement of the value realization mechanism for ecological products,promoting the transformation of grassland animal husbandry toward ecologization,high-value development and sustainability has become a key pathway to achieve high-quality development and comprehensive rural revitalization in pastoral areas.Based on the theoretical perspective of ecological product value realization,this paper systematically constructs a"resource-asset-capital"value transformation model,incorporating core parameters such as ecological premium coefficient(α),capitalization efficiency(β)and value multiplier(γ)to reveal the internal logic and realization mechanism underlying the transformation of grassland animal husbandry.This paper aims to elucidate the entire process of grassland ecological products from resource identification and asset valuation to capital transformation,and proposes a collaborative practical pathway centered on institutional innovation,technological empowerment,market drive and industrial integration,thereby promoting the formation of a multi-stakeholder linkage mechanism with"policy guidance as the foundation,market drive as the core and industrial innovation as the engine".The findings indicate that the key to transforming grassland animal husbandry lies in enhancing the premium capacity,capitalization efficiency and industrial integration benefits of ecological products,thereby achieving synergistic gains in both ecological and economic benefits,so as to provide theoretical support and policy implications for advancing the synergistic coordination between high-level ecological conservation and high-quality economic development in pastoral areas.关键词
