Abstract
As vital barriers for national ecological security,state-owned forest farms are still facing new challenges such as low forest quality,lagging industrial transformation and insufficient endogenous impetus after the full completion of phased reform tasks.Focusing on the modernization construction of state-owned forest farms,this paper deeply analyzes the theoretical logic and practical foundation of modern forest farm construction,constructs a construction path framework of"policy guidance-departmental coordination-factor guarantee-talent support-process monitoring",and proposes to promote the modernization of state-owned forest farms through evaluation and monitoring,and establish a modern state-owned forest farm evaluation system covering four dimensions:ecological protection,industrial development,infrastructure and management modernization.关键词
