柔性防刺织物的功能化研究进展
Research and progress of functional flexible stab-resistant fabric

Abstract
The latest research progress of flexible stab-resistant fabrics was systematically reviewed.Firstly,the unique stab-resistant mechanism of flexible materials through fiber friction,stretching deformation and"self-locking"effect energy-dissipating was elaborated.Secondly,the characteristics of high-performance fibers such as polyimide,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and poly(p-phenylene benzothiadiazole)fibers were introduced,and the stab-resistant properties of different fabric structures such as woven,knitted and nonwoven,were compared and analyzed.Then,the mechanism of shear thickening fluid finishing,resin-based composite,nano-filler reinforcement and needle-punching/thermal pressing composite on enhancing stab resistance,and the research achievements and implementation paths of flexible stab-resistant clothing in functionalization directions were elaborated in detail,such as strengthening anti-stab performance,corrosion resistance,superhydrophobicity,electromagnetic shielding,sound absorption and insulation,damage self-healing.The functional collaborative design paradigm for different high-risk scenarios(such as law enforcement,firefighting,and special operations)was also explained.It is considered that flexible stab-resistant materials will show a development trend towards lightweight,comfort,intelligence,multi-functional integration and environmental friendliness,in order to meet the comprehensive protection requirements in complex scenarios across various fields.关键词
