摘要

Abstract

To develop composite fiber with high elastic adaptability,stable electrical conductivity,weavability and washing resistance,elastic composite conductive fibers were designed and fabricated by employing thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)as elastic matrix and encapsulating helical copper wires internally via the coaxial wet spinning process.The morphological characterization,mechanical property,electrical property and washing resistance were tested and analyzed systematically.The results showed when the copper wire helical inner diameter was 0.20 mm,the fiber diameter was 0.40 mm,the hardness of TPU was 90 HA,the prepared elastic composite conductive fiber exhibited exceptional mechanical tensile property with an breaking elongation of 1 100%,high electrical conductivity of 7.1×106 S/m.The fluctuation of resistance change rate was less than 0.7%after 3 000 times 100%stretch cycle,and the absolute resistance change rate was still controlled within 0.5%after 60 h immersion washing.It is considered that the prepared elastic composite conductive fiber has the characteristics of internal helical structure,high electrical conductivity,excellent electrical stability,better weavability and washing resistance,the application prospects is broad in fields of personalized health management,flexible electronics and smart textiles.
