Abstract
In order to improve the surface quality and intrinsic mechanical properties of gear plastic parts,this paper takes the design of plastic gear mold as the basis and presets the damage mechanism and parameters of injection molding process parameters.Combined with Ant Colony Optimization(ACO)optimization of optimal parameter feature selection and updating pheromone,the optimal path selection of process parameters is realized.Then the degree of damage to the plastic part and the fitness function are calculated to achieve the optimization of the minimum damage process parameters.The experimental results show that the ACO optimization in the preset parameter combination has a plastic part warpage of 0.413 mm and a dimensional error of 0.83%,which is the smallest damage among all optimization algorithms.After ACO optimization,all damage to the plastic part caused by the process parameters is 0.Finally,the optimal parameter combination is determined to be a mold surface temperature of 45℃,a melt temperature of 225℃,an injection pressure of 160 MPa,and a plastic part warpage of 0.4002 mm,which has the smallest damage to the mold plastic part among all parameter combinations.关键词
