摘要

Abstract

Additive Manufacturing(AM)technology can break through the bottleneck of traditional manufacturing,achieve integrated design and manufacturing of complex geometric structures,and help improve the reliability of product components.It has broad application prospects in the field of aviation manufacturing.Nickel based high-temperature alloys have become key materials for high-temperature structural components of aircraft engines due to their excellent comprehensive properties of high strength,creep resistance,fatigue resistance,and corrosion resistance.This article explores the manufacturing process of key component molds for aircraft engines based on AM,and proposes a structural reinforcement method combined with machine learning(ML).This article adopts the ML framework of feature selection and genetic algorithm(GA)to design and optimize the composition of nickel based high-temperature alloys.Random forest(RF)and maximum information coefficient are used to select features of solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening nickel based high-temperature alloys,and then combined with GA optimization to achieve efficient design of high yield strength nickel based high-temperature alloys.Simulation experiments show that the method designed in this article can improve the strength of nickel based high-temperature alloys and has good application effects.
