Design and application of a digital integrated systemfor mold manufacturing based on information engineering

Abstract
In order to improve the overall production efficiency of the machinery manufacturing industry,this paper designs a digital integrated system for mold manufacturing based on information engineering.The system is divided into three layers:production planning,mold part production,and mold assembly.The Markov model is used to calculate the expected average profit of the mold manufacturing system as the objective function.Control methods for blocking probability and maximizing efficiency within a unit time are employed to improve production efficiency.A greedy algorithm is applied to optimize the layout of the quasi-array,enhancing the economic benefits of CNC automated mold manufacturing.CAM is used for equipment layout optimization and process production strategy control to achieve intelligent and efficient mold design.Empirical results show that the optimal value of the proposed method's average search process is 0.895,which is relatively better compared to other methods.The main molding process parameters,such as mold temperature,holding pressure,and injection rate,are clear and precise.The storage and delivery times have increased by 33.3%and 28.0%,respectively,while the inventory turnover rate increased by 23.8%.Production costs have reduced from 64 500 yuan to 59 600 yuan,achieving intelligent management and optimization of the mold manufacturing process.This enhances the overall benefits of mold manufacturing and provides a reference for the digital development of the mold manufacturing industry.关键词
