Modelling of thermoelectric coupling in CdTe thin film modules

Abstract
In order to further improve the research on the thermoelectric performance of CdTe thin film modules in building photovoltaic systems,the article proposes and constructs transient and steady state temperature models to predict the temperature change process of the modules.Meanwhile,based on the four-parameter model,a five-parameter model including the shunt resistance is derived,and the influence factor and shunt resistance are corrected by applying an improved heuristic method.On this basis,the error of the initial value of the five-parameter model is effectively reduced by iterative optimization,which significantly improves the accuracy of the electrical performance simulation.The experimental results show that the transient model is more suitable for the prediction of short-term temperature changes,while the Sandia model performs well in long-term prediction.The heuristic method demonstrates higher accuracy in the performance simulation of CdTe thin film modules,which provides an important theoretical basis and practical reference for the application of this module in building photovoltaic systems.关键词
