大型直驱永磁风力发电机的气隙分布特性分析
Analysis of air gap distribution characteristics in large direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine generators
摘要
Abstract
Based on the extreme loads of large direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine and the internal load of the generator,this paper studies the air gap distribution characteristics of the generator under hot and cold states,rated conditions,short-circuit conditions,and extreme operating conditions through computational comparisons.The research results indicate that the average air gap variation of large direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbines is not affected by the generator's electromagnetic torque or the external extreme loads of the wind turbine.Its value mainly depends on the internal loads of the generator,particularly the temperature load during hot operation,which can cause significant changes in the average air gap.The extreme air gap value of the generator is comprehensively affected by the extreme load of the wind turbines and the internal load(especially the temperature load)of the generator.However,the distribution position of the minimum air gap variation value is relatively concentrated.The conclusion of this paper can provide important references for the structural safety design,electrical performance design,and control strategies of large direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbines in engineering application.关键词
