中青年乳腺癌患者社会再融合障碍成因的质性研究
Causes of social reintegration barriers in young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer:a qualitative study

Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of social reintegration barriers in young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer from the perspective of ego depletion theory,and to provide reference for developing targeted psychosocial support strategies.Methods A descriptive qualitative study was conducted.Using purposive sampling,17 young and middle-aged female patients with breast cancer from a tertiary grade-A hospital in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected from November 2024 to April 2025.Face-to-face semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted,and directed content analysis was employed to analyze the interview data and identify themes.Results Three themes and eleven sub-themes were extracted:excessive depletion of psychologi-cal resources(persistent distress from treatment side effects,limitations in physiological function,insufficient rehabilitation informa-tion,and negative life experiences);insufficient compensation of psychological resources(lack of emotional support,reduced social engagement,high workplace pressure,and increased financial burden),and impaired regulation of psychological resources(confusion regarding self-identity,impact of illness-related stigma,and worry about future uncertainty).Conclusion The barriers to social rein-tegration in young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer stem from a multifaceted depletion of psychological resources and an imbalance in compensation.Individualized interventions,tailored to their specific ego depletion characteristics,are necessary.Such efforts,through the enhancement of psychological resource reserves,optimization of support systems,and facilitation of environmental adaptation,can assist patients in achieving social reintegration.关键词
