基于情感分析法的古镇民宿游客满意度研究
A Study on Tourist Satisfaction of Ancient Town Homestays Based on Sentiment Analysis

Abstract
Taking Qingyan Ancient Town in Guizhou Province as the research object,this study adopts text mining and sentiment analysis to evaluate tourist satisfaction with ancient town homestays.A tourist satisfaction evaluation system is constructed based on high-frequency words of online comments,and sentiment analysis and scoring are performed on the comment texts corresponding to each evaluation dimension.The results show that tourists have a high overall satisfaction with homestays in Qingyan Ancient Town.Tourists show high recognition of homestay service,layout and design,while their satisfaction with room conditions and cost performance is relatively low.In the development of ancient town homestays,full attention should be paid to the influence of room facilities and supplies quality on tourists' basic perception.Meanwhile,improving tourists' perceived cost performance by implementing scientific pricing strategies,optimizing host-guest interaction quality and providing local experience projects.关键词
