Multidisciplinary collaboration in enhanced recovery after surgery:current practice and future pathways
摘要
Abstract
The sustained development of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has propelled perioperative management from a single surgical treatment model towards a new stage characterized by multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment. This article, based on the evolution and localized practice of the ERAS concept, systematically reviews the pivotal role, current bottlenecks, and promotion pathways of multidisciplinary collaboration in the implementation of ERAS.Although ERAS has re-markably enhanced medical care quality and patient outcomes, its comprehensive implementation remains constrained by multiple challenges, including ineffective interdisciplinary collaboration mechanisms, weak implementation capacity at the primary care le-vel,insufficient patient engagement, and lagging policy support. The future development of ERAS should focus on establishing standardized collaborative procedures, strengthening intelligent healthcare support, promoting regional hierarchical implementa-tion,deepening patient-centered engagement models, and actively fostering synergistic innovation within the medical insurance pay-ment system.Only through systematic model reconstruction and deep interdisciplinary integration can ERAS truly achieve a para-digm shift from a surgery-centric treatment approach to whole-process health management, thereby providing sustainable momen-tum for the overall improvement of surgical care quality.关键词
