艾司氯胺酮联合舒芬太尼用于晚期白血病病人PCIA的效果
Effectiveness of esketamine combined with sufentanil for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia in patients with advanced leukemia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of combining esketamine with sufentanil for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)in patients with advanced leukemia,and to provide evidence for cancer pain management in patients with leukemia.Methods Using a retrospective study method,we analyzed the data of patients with leukemia adopting PCI A for managing advanced cancer pain at our hospital.Based on whether esketamine was added for PCI A,the patients were divided into sufentanil group(SF group)and esketamine plus sufentanil group(ES group).We compared the two groups in terms of general clinical data,the scores of the visual analog scale(VAS),Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire(RCSQ),and Self-Rating De-pression Scale(SDS)at different time points,the frequency of pump refills,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the degree of satisfaction.Results For both groups,PCIA significantly reduced the VAS score(F=62.260,87.710,P＜0.001)and signifi-cantly improved the RCSQ score(F=34.800,77.000,P＜0.001).Compared with the SF group,the ES group showed significantly higher RCSQ scores(F=6.062-11.270,P＜0.05),significantly lower SDS scores(F=3.451-8.511,P＜0.001),and a signifi-cantly lower frequency of PCIA pump refills(t=6.401,P＜0.001).There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of satisfaction with PCIA and adverse reactions(P＞0.05).Conclusion PCIA is a highly effective method to control ad-vanced cancer pain in patients with leukemia,in which esketamine combined with sufentanil is superior to sufentanil alone.关键词
