摘要

Abstract

This paper systematically analyzes the smart rectification technology and formation response mechanism of large-diameter pipe jacking in complex environments.Based on cutting-edge engineering cases,it discusses the rectification system framework of smart sensing,real-time decision-making and accurate execution,as well as the interaction laws between pipe jacking construction and formation.Research has shown that the smart correction system integrating multi-source sensor data,artificial intelligence algorithms and advanced control theory can control the deviation of the jacking trajectory to within plus or minus 2 cm,reduce surface settlement by 30%~50%,and significantly improve the safety,economy and environmental friendliness of pipe jacking construction in complex environments.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the development of underground spaces in high-density urban areas.
