Abstract

With the deepening of the"double carbon"goal,the construction of large-scale and high-efficiency photovoltaic power stations has become a core measure in energy transformation.This paper focuses on the key links in the entire life cycle of photovoltaic power generation systems,and deeply analyzes the core issues of design optimization and construction technology.Taking a large-scale ground photovoltaic power station with 250 MW on the AC side and 305.37 MWp on the DC side of Shandong Energy's"Longdian Power Entering Shandong"as an empirical case,the entire process from system design to construction implementation is comprehensively and systematically explained.Based on the specific technical parameters of the project,the scientific nature and economy of key design schemes such as photovoltaic module selection(N-type double-sided double glasses),square array electrical design,collector network topology,booster station main wiring and output lines are in-depth analyzed.It also discusses in detail the refined project management strategies adopted during the construction phase,including critical path control based on concurrent engineering and the throughout quality assurance system represented by"cable withstand voltage test"and"component crack test".The project finally completed all main construction and debugging efficiently within two months.Its successful practice of"design guides construction,construction feedback design"can provide certain reference for the construction of similar photovoltaic bases.
