Abstract
Xi Jinping's important discourses on the construction of family education and family tradition in the fami-lies of leading cadres constitute a strategic plan for strengthening the work style of leading cadres and advancing the com-prehensive and strict governance of the Party in depth in the new era,boasting profound historical conditions,solid theo-retical origins,and distinctive basis of the times.From the perspective of historical conditions,the Communist Party of China's long-term exploration in the construction of family education and family tradition during the periods of revolu-tion,construction,reform,and the new era has provided a profound cultural foundation and rich practical experience for these important discourses.In terms of theoretical origins,the Marxist view of family,traditional Chinese family ethics,the CPC's theory on family tradition construction,and the red revolutionary family traditions have offered solid theoreti-cal support for these important discourses.Regarding contemporary foundations,the inherent requirements of the compre-hensive and strict governance of the Party,the practical needs arising from the transformation of major social contradic-tions and changes in family structures in the new era,the practical demands for the coordinated cultivation of the Party conduct,government conduct,social conduct,and folk conduct,as well as the strategic needs for realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation,have made the construction of family education and family tradition in the families of leading cadres an inevitable choice for addressing practical problems and promoting social development.关键词
