Abstract
Taking the passenger ropeway reducer as the research object,a reliability assessment method integrating the fault tree analysis(FTA)and Bayesian network(BN)was proposed.Considering the limitations of conventional deterministic logic gates,the Leaky OR model(incorporating fault propagation probability and background failure rate)and the Noisy AND model(incorporating coordinated failure probability)were introduced to modify the conditional probability table(CPT).The findings indicate that lubrication system failure(M2)contributes the most to system failure,accounting for 55.25%,and that oil contamination(B4)constitutes a critical cross-pathway weak link.Key-importance analysis identifies aging(C6),oil degradation(C9),and poor lubrication(C2)as the top three sensitive factors.关键词
