Effects of Different Interstocks on Fruit Quality of Hybrid Citrus'Yangguang 1'
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to clarify the effects of different interstocks on the fruit quality of'Yangguang No.1' and to screen out the optimal interstock for this cultivar.[Method]Using fruits of'Yangguang No.1' grafted on 'Sweet Orange-Tangelo'(Citrus reticulata×C.sinensis 'Tianjuyou'),'Orah'(C.reticulata 'Orah'),and 'Huyou'(C.paradisi×C.sinensis)as interstocks as test materials,conventional quality parameters,flavonoid content,and aromatic compound profiles were analyzed.The comprehensive fruit quality was evaluated using the membership function method.[Result]The single fruit weight of fruits on the 'Sweet Orange-Tangelo' interstock was significantly higher than that on'Huyou' and 'Orah' interstocks.The comprehensive color index of the peel was significantly higher in fruits on 'Huyou' and 'Sweet Orange-Tangelo' interstocks than on 'Orah' interstock.Fruits on the'Huyou' interstock exhibited the highest total soluble solids and titratable acid contents,but the lowest solid-to-acid ratio,which was significantly lower than that on the 'Sweet Orange-Tangelo' interstock.No significant differences were observed in fruit shape index or edible rate among the three interstocks.Fruits grafted on the 'Sweet Orange-Tangelo' interstock had the highest number of aroma components(42 compounds),,with a total aroma content of 7 160.80 μg/g.The contents of aroma compounds,hes-peridin,didymin,narirutin,and total flavonoids in these fruits were significantly higher than those on'Orah' and 'Huyou' interstocks.The average membership function value was highest for fruits on the'Sweet Orange-Tangelo'interstock,indicating the best comprehensive fruit quality.[Conclusion]Using'Sweet Orange-Tangelo' as an interstock is suitable for top-grafting and variety renewal.关键词
