基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的国内外急性淋巴细胞白血病相关研究知识图谱可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Knowledge Mapping of Domestic and International Re-search on Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To construct a knowledge mapping of studies related to acute lymphoblastic leukemia,and to ex-plore research hotspots and developmental trends in this field.Methods:Publications regarding acute lymphoblastic leuke-mia published from January 1,2000,to December 31,2024,were retrieved from the Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were applied to conduct visual analysis of annual publications,countries/regions,authors,institutions,journals,and keywords.Results:A total of 12,220 English-language articles were included.The United States was the most prolific country(3,867 articles),and St.Jude Children's Research Hospital was the most prolific institution(615 articles).Professor Ching-Hon Pui was the most prolific author(281 publications).In reference co-citation analysis,his paper Treatment of Acute Lymphoblastic Leu-kemia received the highest citation count of 707.A total of 4,862 Chinese-language articles were included.Zhu Xiaofan was the most prolific author(66 articles),and the Institute of Hematology&Blood Diseases Hospital,Chinese Academy of Med-ical Sciences was the most prolific institution(150 articles).Keywords analysis revealed that domestic and international studies focused on children and apoptosis,while studies on immunotherapy and prognosis have gained prominence in recent years.Conclusion:Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is still a major research focus among scholars.Children are the primary study population.Apoptosis,prognosis,and immunotherapy are the key research hotspots.More research and clinical prac-tice are needed in the future to explore novel immunotherapeutic targets and their clinical translation,and to strengthen the investigation of prognostic factors,thereby advancing the diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities in this field.关键词
