癌症患者预感性悲伤的评估与干预研究进展
Advances in the Assessment and Intervention of Anticipatory Grief in Pa-tients with Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Cancer remains a major global public health concern,and patients with cancer frequently experience signifi-cant psychological distress during diagnosis and treatment.Among these psychological responses,anticipatory grief(AG)has received increasing scholarly attention in recent years.Elevated levels of AG may adversely affect patients'treatment ad-herence and outcomes,reduce quality of life,and potentially influence disease prognosis.This review summarizes the con-ceptual development and nursing definition of AG,outlines its main assessment tools,and concludes research progress on in-fluencing factors from a biopsychosocial perspective.Furthermore,current intervention approaches for managing AG in canc-er patients are summarized,including psychological interventions,mind-body interventions,and social support strategies,with discussion of their evidence characteristics and potential clinical applications.By integrating current evidence and com-mentary,this review aims to provide a reference for the clinical assessment and nursing management of AG in cancer patients and to inform future high-quality intervention research and the optimization of clinical nursing practice.关键词
