摘要
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and lung cancer are the two most common respiratory diseases and also those with the highest mortality rates,posing a serious threat to human life and health.There is a significant clinical correlation between COPD and lung cancer,and both diseases share common risk factors and potential molecular mecha-nisms.However,the pathogenesis of COPD combined with lung cancer is very complex.To clarify the relationship between these two diseases,this article reviews existing research from the perspective of epidemiological associations and co-pathogen-esis,and provides an in-depth overview of the core mechanisms underlying the transition from COPD to lung cancer,aiming to offer novel insights and directions for the early screening,diagnosis,and treatment of COPD combined with lung cancer.关键词
