Abstract

In order to provide theoretical supports for parent selection and variety(line)breeding of Xinjiang winter wheat,the genetic differences,genetic relationships,population structure,multi-dimensional scale and genetic evolution of 25 winter wheat varieties(lines)in Xinjiang were analyzed using 160K SNP liq-uid chip.The results showed that the distribution of SNP sites on 21 chromosomes ranged from 24 688 to 142 995 with an average of 88 828.The distribution of the 7 homologous groups ranged from 179 686 to 345867 with an average of 266 482,and their distribution on the genomes showed the trend of B genome>A ge-nome>D genome.The average sequencing depth of the 25 varieties(line)was 5.41 ×,the heterozygosity dis-tribution range was 1.83%to 17.87%,and the average heterozygosity rate was 6.96%.Among them,Kendong 10-27 had a rich genetic background,and Xindong 20 had a distant relationship with other materials.Popula-tion structure analysis divided the 25 winter wheat into 3 subgroups,while multi-dimensional scaling analysis divided them into 5 subgroups,including 3,8,4,2 and 8 materials from each subgroup.The study clarified the genetic diversity distribution characteristics of 25 winter wheat backbone parents in genomic level by 160K SNP liquid chip,and the results could provide a theoretical basis for genetic improvement of Xinjiang winter wheat backbone parents.
