Establishment of Supervision Zones for Private Universities:Practical Logic,Feasibility Analysis,and Guangxi's Local Practices

Abstract
Since the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China's private universities have achieved remarkable progress in both scale and quality,and have become an important component of higher education.However,they still face practical challenges including standardized operation,structural deficiencies in teaching quality,imbalanced structure of internal governance,and systemic risks.The establishment of supervision zones serves as an effective routine mechanism for private universities,aligning with the intrinsic demands of modern educational governance.The continuous improvement of private education laws and regulations,along with local pilot experiences,provides feasibility for construction of supervision zones in primary and secondary schools as well as integration with higher education evaluation system.Guangxi's exploration of supervision zones for private universities offers a valuable mode for implementing the supervision system.关键词
