蝴蝶兰Phalaenopsis'Santa Rosa'和Phal.'Cadiz'正反交F1代花部性状分离研究
Segregation of floral traits in the F1 generation from reciprocal crosses of Phalaenopsis'Santa Rosa'and Phal.'Cadiz'

Abstract
To investigate the inheritance patterns of floral traits in Phalaenopsis,this study used'Santa Rosa'(light purple with purple-red stripes)and'Cadiz'(deep purple-red blotches)as parents.Through reciprocal crosses,an F,segregating population was constructed.Key traits including perianth color,color of the labellum callus and mid-lobe,flower shape,and petal arrangement were systematically investigated.The results showed significant differences in flower color segregation patterns between the reciprocal crosses.In the direct cross('Santa Rosa'♀ ×'Cadiz'♂),the offspring were predominantly deep purple-red(51.24%).In the reciprocal cross('Cadiz'♀ ×'Santa Rosa'♂),the offspring were mainly rose-pink to pink with vein stripes(65.52%).The colors of the labellum callus and mid-lobe exhibited coordinated changes with perianth color.When the perianth was deep purple-red,the labellum callus was yellow with deep purple-red blotches or deep purple-red,and the mid-lobe showed variegated patterns such as purple-red spots or patches.When the perianth lacked purple-red pigmentation,the labellum callus was yellow with evenly distributed red dots,and the mid-lobe displayed solid colors such as deep red in the upper part and rose-red in the lower part.Flower shape was predominantly flat,consistent with the parents,while outward-curved types only appeared in offspring with deep purple-red flowers.This study provides important data on the inheritance of flower color and shape traits in Phalaenopsis,offering theoretical and practical guidance for directional breeding.关键词
