改良无痛麦粒化脓灸联合西药治疗心脾两虚型原发性失眠的疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of modified painless grain-sized suppurative moxibustion plus Western medicine for primary insomnia due to deficiency of the heart and spleen pattern

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified painless grain-sized suppurative moxibustion plus Western medicine in treating primary insomnia(PI)due to deficiency of the heart and spleen pattern.Method Ninety-six patients with PI(deficiency of the heart and spleen pattern)were divided into an observation group(48 cases recruited,including 3 dropouts)and a control group(48 cases recruited,including 3 dropouts)following the principle of randomized control.The control group received oral Estazolam tablets for treatment,and the observation group additionally received modified painless grain-sized suppurative moxibustion.The two groups were observed before treatment,after treatment,and at the follow-up(the 4th weekend following the end of the treatment)for changes in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Athens insomnia scale(AIS)score,and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score.The clinical efficacy was also compared.Result After treatment,except for the use of sleep medication,the scores of the other 6 dimensions in the PSQI all decreased in both groups(P＜0.05);except for the use of sleep medication and daytime dysfunction factors,the scores of the other 5 dimensions were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).At the follow-up,improvement in each dimension score of the PSQI was observed in both groups compared with the pre-treatment level(P＜0.05);except for the daytime dysfunction factor,the observation group demonstrated superiority over the control group in the other 6 dimension scores(P＜0.05).After treatment and at follow-up,both groups showed decreases in the AIS and HAMA scores compared with the pre-treatment values(P＜0.05),and the scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group achieved a total effective rate of 95.6%,which was higher than 77.8%in the control group(P＜0.05).At the follow-up,the recurrence rate was 7.0%in the observation group,which was lower than 25.7%in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of PI due to deficiency of the heart and spleen,integrating modified painless suppurative moxibustion with oral Estazolam can further improve the patients'sleep quality,relieve anxiety,and produce certain long-term treatment effects.关键词
