电针治疗艾司唑仑依赖性失眠的随机对照试验
Randomized controlled trial of electroacupuncture for Estazolam-dependent insomnia

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture in facilitating Estazolam dose reduction and improving sleep quality in patients with Estazolam-dependent insomnia.Method Sixty patients with Estazolam-dependent insomnia were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received Estazolam tapering therapy,while the treatment group received electroacupuncture in addition to Estazolam tapering therapy.The status of Estazolam dose reduction,the efficacy of dose tapering,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Changes in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Benzodiazepine withdrawal symptom questionnaire(BWSQ)scores were assessed before and after treatment.Result Intra-group comparisons of medication dosage at multiple time points revealed statistically significant differences in both groups(P＜0.05).In the treatment group,the medication dosages at T2 to T8 were significantly different from baseline(P＜0.05).The dosages at T3 to T8 were lower than those at T1 and T2(P＜0.05).Statistically significant differences in medication dosages were also found between the treatment group and the control group from T3 to T8(P＜0.05).The dose-reduction success rate was 90.0%in the treatment group,significantly higher than 56.7%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total PSQI scores decreased significantly in both groups compared with baseline(P＜0.05),and the treatment group had a lower total PSQI score than the control group(P＜0.05).The BWSQ score in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment compared with baseline(P＜0.05)and was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve the efficacy of Estazolam dose reduction in patients with Estazolam-dependent insomnia,enhance sleep quality,and alleviate estazolam withdrawal symptoms.关键词
