彭氏眼针联合局部针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹的疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of Peng's eye acupuncture combined with topical acupuncture in treating oculomotor nerve paralysis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Peng's eye acupuncture plus topical acupuncture in treating oculomotor nerve paralysis(ONP).Method By adopting a randomized controlled trial design,60 patients with ONP were randomly assigned to an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).Basic Western medicine treatment was administered in both groups.In addition,the observation group received Peng's eye acupuncture and topical acupuncture,while the control group received conventional acupuncture.The two groups were observed before and after treatment for changes in the extent of ptosis,diplopia degree,strabismus angle,and the primary symptom score in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,both groups demonstrated improvements in the extent of ptosis,diplopia degree,strabismus angle,and the primary TCM symptom score(P＜0.05),and the observation group showed superiority over the control group for these endpoints(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 96.7%in the observation group,higher than 83.3%in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on basic Western medicine treatment,the combined use of Peng's eye acupuncture and topical acupuncture can effectively improve oculomotor function and clinical symptoms in patients with ONP,demonstrating greater efficacy than conventional acupuncture.关键词
