火针联合针刺治疗胃食管反流病的疗效观察
Observation on the efficacy of fire needling plus acupuncture for gastroesophageal reflux disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of He's fire needling for gastroesophageal reflux disease of middle Jiao deficiency and Qi adverse rising type.Method Seventy-six included patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomized to an observation group and a control group,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group received He's fire needling plus acupuncture and the control group received acupuncture alone.The clinical therapeutic effects and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.The reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ),the gastroesophageal reflux disease-health related quality of life(GERD-HRQL)questionnaire,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.Serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)levels were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the RDQ,HAMA,GERD-HRQL and PSQI scores decreased in the two groups compared with before(P＜0.05)and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum 5-HT and GABA levels increased(P＜0.05)and VIP levels decreased(P＜0.05)in the two groups compared with before;5-HT and GABA levels were higher(P＜0.05)and VIP levels were lower(P＜0.05)in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The total efficacy rate was 94.2%in the observation group,which was higher than 85.3%in the control group,but there was no statistically significant between-group difference(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate was 13.3%in the observation group,which was lower than 42.1%in the control group with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion He's fire needling plus acupuncture can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the patients'quality of life and sleep,reduce the severity of anxiety and decrease the recurrence rate in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease of middle Jiao deficiency and Qi adverse rising type.关键词
