A study on phenomenon of main drug conversion in formula organization and its social metaphor mechanism

Abstract
This paper systematically reviews the phenomenon of main drug conversion in formula organization,identifying four primary clinical scenarios that trigger such conversion:severity of main symptoms,disease progression stages,variation in disease location,and temporal influences.This phenomenon employs sociopolitical metaphors:the establishment of the main drug originates from the ordering necessity of"establishing a monarch for the state";the selection of the main drug reflects the complementarity between the"virtue-oriented destiny concept"(based on drug properties)and the"timing-oriented destiny concept"(based on pathological conditions);the superior medicinal potency corresponds to the strength principle of"an enlightened ruler emphasizes power";and the prior decocting of the main drug accords with the hierarchical logic of"the monarch preceding the ministers".Main drug conversion is commonly observed in universal prescriptions,embodying the law of flexibility and consistency in three aspects:establishing institutional frameworks through universal adaptation,adjusting stage-specific priorities through targeted variation,and verifying therapeutic efficacy through practical outcomes.关键词
