Research progress on Chinese materia medica intervention in acute lung injury based on MAPK signaling pathway
摘要
Abstract
Acute lung injury(ALI)is a common clinical critical condition of the respiratory system,and there is still a lack of specific drugs at present.The mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathological processes of ALI,such as inflammatory response and oxidative stress.In recent years,studies on Chinese materia medica intervening in ALI by regulating the MAPK pathway have become increasingly abundant,demonstrating the therapeutic advantages of multi-component and multi-target regulation.This review summarizes the mechanism of the MAPK signaling pathway in ALI and recent advances in the use of Chinese materia medica monomers and compound prescriptions to ameliorate lung injury.It focuses on the modulation of the MAPK pathway and its crosstalk with nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),and related pathways.The aim is to provide insights for optimizing traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic strategies and facilitating the development of novel drugs for ALI.关键词
