上海地方标准管理制度改革研究
Research on the Reform of Shanghai's Local Standard Management System
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This paper explores the goals and paths of the reform of Shanghai's local standard management system,in order to enhance the efficiency of Shanghai's local standard management.[Methods]Through policy analysis and field research,the study systematically analyzes the core challenges and main goals of the reform of Shanghai's local standard management system,and proposes corresponding reform suggestions.[Results]Suggestions for the reform of Shanghai's local standard management system are proposed from seven aspects:institutional guarantee,scope of formulation,management process,organizational construction,digital management,regional collaboration,and publicity and guidance.[Conclusion]This provides technical support for Shanghai to deepen the reform of the local standard management system and explore the formation of new mechanisms and models for local standard management.关键词
