Abstract
With the comprehensive and deep coverage of 5G mobile communication networks,the electromagnetic radiation environment of base station has increasingly become a focal point of concern for the general public and ecological environment regulatory authorities.To strictly implement relevant national and industrial technical specifications for the electromagnetic radiation environmental monitoring of communication base station,as well as refined regulatory requirements,the traditional base station environmental monitoring model faces industry pain points,including low collaborative efficiency among multiple parties(telecom operators,tower companies,and monitoring institutions),susceptibility to data distortion during field data circulation,error-prone manual report compilation,and a lack of real-time quality control and supervision.Tailored to the actual business requirements of mobile communication base station environmental monitoring,this paper designs and develops a work management cloud platform for base station electromagnetic radiation environmental monitoring based on a"Cloud-Terminal"architecture.The system consists of a field digital data collection terminal(Mobile App)and a work management cloud platform(Web portal).Centered on the project lifecycle,the platform innovatively achieves a closed-loop for digital data aggregation and sharing:from the issuance of new communication base station construction monitoring orders by the three major telecom operators,and the intelligent matching for co-location and sharing at the tower end,to the direct instrument-connected data collection on-site by monitoring institutions.Furthermore,the cloud platform features a built-in automated report generation engine and establishes a rigorous three-level online quality control workflow mechanism:"mutual cross-checking by monitoring personnel—review by auditors—final approval by issuers."Additionally,integrated with GIS technology,it enables dynamic trajectory tracking of monitoring personnel and panoramic visual management of project progress.Practical applications demonstrate that this system effectively breaks down data silos among participating business entities and significantly conserves co-location monitoring resources.By integrating hardware and software for direct data collection and automated report generation,it guarantees the authenticity,objectivity,and immutability of monitoring data from the source.Ultimately,relying on a transparent information disclosure module,it significantly enhances the efficacy of ecological environment supervision,providing robust technical support and a solid management foundation for resolving public complaints and fostering a green,harmonious telecommunications ecological environment.关键词
