Research on Three-dimensional Design Strategy for the Base Surface of High-Intensity Sci-Tech Innovation Districts

Abstract
As China's cities enter the era of stock renewal,high-intensity development in urban cores has triggered systemic challenges such as scarce public space,overloaded transportation,and environmental degradation.This paper focuses on high-intensity zones and proposes a"three-dimensional base"design strategy.Drawing on the design practices of high-intensity sci-tech innovation districts,it constructs a three-element complementary base design strategy system of"space capacity-functional linkage-spatial arrangement".This system provides a clear technical analysis framework and actionable strategy set for urban design in high-intensity zones.The study shows that three-dimensional base design has evolved from a single technical approach of traffic linkage to a core pathway for reshaping spatial order and enhancing efficiency,offering a theoretical model and operational guidelines for the sustainable development of high-intensity cities.关键词
