Digital Intelligence Empowers the Extension of TCM Inspection Ability:The Formation and Content Basis of the Concept of Generalized Inspection

Abstract
The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inspection has a wide range of contents,but the routine diagnostic environment and methods cannot give full play to the advantages of its extensiveness.With the support of digital-intelligent equipment,general symptomatic manifestation in time,space,and locations beyond conventional diagnostic perspectives can be collected in a more objective and accurate image format,and can be processed,measured and analyzed by advanced artificial intelligence algorithms,so that the abnormal functional states and trends experienced by patients could be monitored and assessed more comprehensively.Therefore,the equipment will further broaden the content of TCM inspection and enable the high-quality collection and analysis of general inspection information,which substantiates the"breadth"of inspection,thus aggregating to form the concept of generalized inspection.Since the formation of this concept is based on digital-intelligent equipment's capacity to carry broader inspection content,there is an urgent need,within the framework of the functional states and trends of diseases,syndromes,and constitutions,to clarify generalized inspection content,to specify data collection requirements,to define the clinical relevance of such content,and to establish executable standardized protocols.That is conducive to improving level of digital-intelligent equipment research and development in functional positioning,information collection,and data annotation,guiding the standardized development of more digital-intelligent medical equipment of TCM,and laying a content foundation for the development of related equipment.关键词
