颈舒颗粒的化学成分与药理作用研究进展及其质量标志物(Q-marker)预测
Research Progress of Chemical Components,Pharmacological Effects and Quality Marker Prediction of the Jingshu Keli
摘要
Abstract
Jingshu Keli is a traditional Chinese medicine composed of seven kinds of medicinal plants,Panax notoginseng,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Carthamus tinctorius,Gastrodia elata,Cinnamomum cassia,and artificial bovis calculus.It is widely used in clinical practice for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and other shoulder and neck diseases.Modern research shows that Jingshu Keli exhibit anti-inflammatory,analgesic,neuroprotective,and microcirculation-improving effects.This article reviewed the main progress on studies of chemical components,pharmacological effects.And based on the"Five Principles"of quality markers for traditional Chinese medicine,the quality markers of Jingshu Keli were predicted.It was suggested that notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1,ferulic acid,ligustilide,coniferyl ferulate,senkyunolide A,senkyunolide I,hydroxysafflor yellow A,cinnamaldehyde,cinnamic acid,gastrodin and cholic acid could be used as the quality markers of Jingshu Keli.关键词
