不同压力滴定在高原地区阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征中的应用
Application of Different Pressure Titration in Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hypopnea Syndrome in Plateau Regions

Abstract
Objective:This artical aims to explore the application effects of different pressure titration methods in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in plateau regions.Methods:A total of 90 OSAHS patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Perfecture from January 2023 to October 2025 were enrolled and divide into a con-trol group(automatic pressure titration)and an observation group(manual pressure titration)using a random number table meth-od,with 45 patients in each group.Compare the polysomnography(PSG)parameters,Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)scores,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the apnea hypopnea index(AHI),minimum oxygen saturation(SaO2),the proportion of time with SaO2＜90％to the total time(SIT90),and ESS scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the AHI,SIT90,and ESS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the lowest SaO2 was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For OSAHS patients in plateau region,manual pressure titration in continuous positive airway pressure therapy is more helpful in improving their nighttime ventilation status,reducing their daytime sleepiness,and reducing the occur-rence of related adverse reactions.关键词
