中药多糖防治糖尿病肾病的作用机制研究进展
Mechanisms of Chinese Medicine Polysaccharides in Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy:A Review
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the most common complications of diabetes and also one of the major causes of end-stage renal disease.Chinese medicine polysaccharides are a class of bioactive polysaccharides extracted from plants,animals,algae,and other sources,and possess specific biological activities.In recent years,Chinese medicine polysaccharides have shown great potential in the prevention and treatment of DN due to their multi-target and multi-action characteristics.Chinese medicine polysaccharides exert preventive and therapeutic effects on DN through mechanisms including improvement of insulin resistance,in-hibition of oxidative stress,anti-inflammatory effects,delay of renal fibrosis,anti-apoptosis,inhibition of ferroptosis,regulation of au-tophagy,and modulation of intestinal flora.关键词
