Integrated Design Method and Application for Copper Waterstop Structure in Concrete Face Rockfill Dams

Abstract
To address the issues of poor visualization,low efficiency and insufficient accuracy in traditional two-dimensional design methods for joint waterstop structures in concrete face rockfill dams,this paper proposes a fully parametric three-dimensional integrated design method.This method establishes a parametric template library,automatically generates spatial joint lines based on parameters such as the dam axis and toe slab control points,intelligently identifies and batch constructs the overall three-dimensional waterstop model of the concrete face rockfill dam,and synchronously completes engineering quantity statistics and construction drawing generation,thus realizing the integration of design,quantity calculation and drawing output.Taking the construction detail design scheme of Liaoning Qingyuan Pumped-storage Power Station as the application object,a comparison between the traditional two-dimensional design method and the results of the three-dimensional design system shows that the fully parametric three-dimensional integrated design method can significantly improve the design efficiency,standardization level and accuracy,providing key technical support for the digital and intelligent design of waterstop structures in concrete face rockfill dams.关键词
