Abstract
In China's unique power grid structure,there exist regional grids operating in the border zones between the asynchronously operated State Grid and China Southern Grid.Despite their advantageous geographical location,these local grids are unable to fully utilize the inter-grid price spreads between the two major grids due to internal transmission congestion and complex hydraulic coupling.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a day-ahead coordinated optimization framework for local hydropower systems,which simultaneously optimizes generation schedules,multi-grid trading portfolios,and network topology.The framework integrates a line-screening method based on augmented sensitivity factors and an adaptive McCormick envelope linearization approach.Case simulations demonstrate that,through proactive network topology reconfiguration,the proposed framework significantly improves operational economy and physical efficiency:increasing electricity sales revenue by 2.89%during the wet season and reducing electricity purchase costs by 1.95%during the dry season.The results confirm that this framework can provide a computationally efficient and practically viable decision-support solution for local hydropower systems.关键词
