Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of 3.0T magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and CT angiography(CTA)in patients with microaneurysms.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2025,80 patients with suspected microaneurysms in Sihong Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected,and 3.0T MRA examination and CTA examination were performed re-spectively,which were set as experimental group and reference group in turn.The satisfaction,detection rate and missed diagnosis rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),the detection rate was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CTA,3.0T MRA is better for patients with suspected microaneurysms,which can effectively improve the detection rate and reduce the missed diagnosis rate,and is suitable for clinical popularization.关键词
