温通刮痧疗法在肩颈痛症患者中的应用效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of wentong scrapping therapy in the treatment of shoulder and neck pain.Methods:Sixty-two patients with shoulder and neck pain admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Foshan City from January 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into the control group(n=31,conven-tional treatment)and the observation group(n=31,based on conventional treatment,wentong scrapping thera-py).The pain、symptoms and functions of cervical spondylosis and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the NRS score of the observation group and the control group decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of Tanaka Jingjiu Quantitative Scale in the observation group and the control group was improved(P<0.05),and the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:For the treatment of shoulder and neck pain,the clinical application effect of the warm and promoting scraping therapy is quite remarkable.It not only alleviates the pain level of patients,but also promotes the recovery of their cervical spine function and improves their sleep quality.关键词
