数字健康技术在老年轻度认知障碍病人中应用的范围综述
Application of digital health technologies in older adults with mild cognitive impairment:a scoping review

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the application of digital health technologies in older adults with mild cognitive impairment(MCI),and to provide a reference for clinical nursing of patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods:Studies related to the application of digital health technologies in older adults with mild cognitive impairment were retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Database,and China Biology Medicine Database.And retrieval time was from database establishment to August 20,2025.Results:A total of 24 articles were included.The digital health technology intervention devices involved were classified into five categories,namely smart applications on mobile devices,computer-assisted cognitive training,wearable devices,virtual reality technology,and digital health technology combined with telemedicine/neuromodulation techniques.Most interventions lasted between 4 and 24 weeks,with a frequency of 2-4 sessions per week.The intervention effects were summarized into three categories,namely core health function outcomes,overall health and quality of life outcomes,and user experience and feasibility.Conclusions:Digital health technologies could improve cognition,enhance self-management abilities,and improve the quality of life in older adults with mild cognitive impairment.关键词
