Research progress on self-management assessment tools in patients with heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Self-management assessment tools for patients with heart failure were introduced.The influencing factors in the development process of these tools were analyzed.The limitations were identified,and future directions were proposed.This review aims to provide a reference for clinical practice of self-management in patients with heart failure.关键词
